SYNOPSIS - Magical Beatdown is about Fujiko a nerd-cool video-game-loving girl who performs a Sailor Moon inspired transformation into a foul-mouthed, rage-filled killing machine hell-bent on avenging cat-calling misogynists. When Fujiko has gone full “Kill Bill” she cooly declares "You fuckin' ready?" and proceeds to mess up boys who are up to no good, karate kicking through legs and tearing jaws off with her bare hands — it's a bloody satisfying mess. And when it's all done she goes home to play her favorite video game and share a pizza with her girlfriend. Magical Beatdown uses a bold line art illustration style that transitions from monochromatic blue to hot pink at the moment Fujiko transforms.
